Zijderlaan possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of warehousing, Value Added Logistics, transport and bespoke solutions. This enables us to offer our customers integrated, tailor-made logistics solutions. In our semi-automated high-bay warehouse, we have over 25,000 m² of storage and transhipment space, including loading bays. Block stacking, pallet racking and multi-deep storage/satellite applications are all possible storage methods.

A comprehensive range of services
In collaboration with our logistics partner Stubbe, we have been providing transport (sea containers and tautliners) and distribution services for a joint client for many years. Stubbe has specialised in the handling of liquids for many years. Zijderlaan has modern distribution centres with advanced storage methods and a strong distribution network. All of this comes together in the current filling room. The filling room at DC Stolwijk uses fully automated filling lines to fill liquid substances into various packaging units, including both drums and IBCs. Our own Warehouse Management System provides real-time traceability for the customer.

- Fully renovated in 2012 to AEO and GMP quality standards (halal/kosher)
- Fully automated filling line and separate line for IBCs with expansion options
- Current capacity: 600 drums and 100 IBCs per day
- Use of filters down to 1 μm
- Oven available for heating drums
- Nitrogen for filling under vacuum
Reliable bulk processing
At our site in Stolwijk, we offer comprehensive bulk processing services for a wide range of industries. Using our bulk truck loader (capacity 45 m³ per hour), we can switch quickly and efficiently between different product streams. We effortlessly repackage products from big bags, sacks or similar packaging into bulk form.
Ideal for, amongst others:
- Plastics: granulates, PE/PP pellets, plastic regrind
- Chemicals: aluminium sulphate, zinc oxide and other powders or granules
In addition to repackaging, we handle receiving, dispatch and storage, on-demand loading, and transport between your site and ours. This means you have a single partner for the entire logistics process.
Big bags in optimal condition – always
If the contents of big bags harden or clump together, we restore the product using our integrated crushing and screening technology. This allows us to return the material to its desired form and deliver it to your customers in optimal quality.
